Welcome to DriveToRent. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using DriveToRent, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2.4. One email address can only be used for either a Business account OR a Customer account, not both.
3.1. Businesses must provide valid business information and documentation upon request.
3.2. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
3.3. Businesses must maintain valid insurance for all listed vehicles.
3.4. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Businesses are solely responsible for vehicle maintenance, insurance, and legal compliance. DriveToRent acts only as a platform connecting businesses with customers.
4.1. Customers must possess a valid driver's license.
4.2. Customers agree to use rented vehicles responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws.
4.3. Additional fees (cleaning, late returns, damages) are determined by the business owner.
5.1. Prices displayed are set by businesses and may vary.
5.2. Bookings are confirmed only after payment or business approval.
5.3. Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses.
5.4. DriveToRent may facilitate payments but is not responsible for payment disputes.
6.1. Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities.
6.2. Smoking in vehicles is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the business.
6.3. Vehicles must not be taken outside agreed geographical boundaries.
6.4. Additional drivers must be registered and approved by the business.
7.1. Businesses must provide adequate insurance coverage.
7.2. Customers are responsible for deductibles and any damage not covered by insurance.
7.3. DriveToRent is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from vehicle use.
8.1. Users may submit reviews about their rental experience.
8.2. Reviews must be truthful and not contain defamatory content.
8.3. DriveToRent reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
9.1. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
9.2. Businesses may terminate their subscription with 30 days notice.
9.3. Outstanding fees must be paid upon account termination.
10.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
10.2. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DriveToRent is registered.
